Pizza Hut has this cool little program we've taken advantage of for a couple years now. It's for kids in kindergarten through sixth grade. They send you 6 free personal pan pizza tickets per child enrolled.
You and/or your child set reading goals and at the end of each month, they are rewarded for reaching those goals with a free one-topping personal pan pizza.
