Congrats on your first day. We hope to start next week..just waiting for the last of our books to come in. Hope you have a great school year!
Happy 1st week of school my friend! We worked a bit in July, after my sweetheart left, but are doing field trips and hands on learning while visiting family. I don't think we will officially start till September, which is the latest we've ever gone. I almost feel like we are year round schooling, yet not. =)
And, I love your smoothie idea while you read to them. My little ones are always hungry about that time and I think that would be a fabulous break/addition to our school day. Thank you so much for sharing! I love your blog and am praying for your children in Africa, too!
LOVE your schedule!! I've always wondered how families finish by noon or so. We always go to about 3:00pm!!
