Mrs. Fittro had this great idea of taking our kids to a nursing home this month to sing Christmas carols and recite Luke 2:1-21.
When we got there, I think I was more nervous than the kids. But despite only getting to practice all together once, the kids did a great job.
The activities director told us that one of the residents never smiles, but yesterday she lit up when she saw the kids. We're hoping to adopt this little nursing home and come back during the year.

what a wonderful blessing to those people! Thad's grandmother is in assisted living, I know they all appreciated your kindness!
